Our services include travel booking services, digital guides, and travel-related goods. You must comply with these terms and all applicable laws.
3. Services (Travel Bookings and Guides)
Travel bookings and guided tours are arranged through our platform. We match you with providers who deliver on-location guidance and booking coordination. Availability and details depend on the provider’s terms.
4. Information Products
Digital guides, e-books, and downloadable itineraries are provided as information products. Accessing an information product requires a one-time payment or subscription as specified at purchase.
5. Goods
Physical items such as travel accessories and merchandise are sold through TravelNowPro. All goods are subject to availability and shipment details displayed at checkout.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Travel Bookings and Guides (Services)
We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the service start date. To request a refund, contact us through our contact form. Refunds are processed by reversing the original payment within 10 business days. Late cancellations within 7 days may be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward a future booking, subject to the provider’s availability.
6.2 Information Products
You may request a refund on digital guides or e-books within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed or downloaded the product. Please submit your request via our contact form. Approved refunds will be credited to the payment method used at purchase within 7 business days.
6.3 Physical Goods
If you are not satisfied with a purchased item, you may send it back in unused condition within 30 days. You are responsible for shipment costs. Once the item is received and inspected at our facility, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
6.4 Non-Refundable Services
Certain premium guided experiences and last-minute bookings are marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase. This policy covers cases where providers reserve resources or commitments that cannot be reallocated. Such non-refundable services will be clearly labeled in the service description.
7. Changes, Cancellations, and Transfers
You may request to change booking dates or transfer services at no additional charge up to 7 days before the service date, subject to availability. Contact us via our contact form with your request. Changes requested within 7 days may incur fees or may not be possible depending on provider terms.
